The City of Friendswood does not have meters that calculate sewer charges for single family residents. Your bi-monthly sewer charges are determined by the average water consumption used during the winter months. During the winter months (October through March), limit your water consumption to manage your sewer charges.

Single family residential customers: bi-monthly sewer charges currently include a minimum charge of $48.30 plus a volumetric charge at a rate of $4.16 per 1,000 gallons, based on the winter months average consumption. Limiting water consumption controls or reduces your sewer bill. For more information, please contact the City of Friendswood Utility Billing office at 281-996-3232.
