Register for a SKYWARN Training Class

In partnership with the City of Friendswood, League City is hosting a SKYWARN Training class on February 2^nd from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. The class will be at the Johnnie Arolfo Civic Center located at 400 W. Walker St., League City.

SKYWARN is a program that trains volunteer members of the community to help provide severe weather information to the National Weather Service. To register for the training, please call 281-554-1300 or email LCOEM. Pre-registration is required.

Friendswood Animal Control is inviting the community to come by to meet the amazing animals available for adoption at the Friendswood shelter on Saturday, February 4, 2023, from 9:30 am - 12:30 pm.
