MISSING ELDERLY: The Friendswood Police Department is searching for William Joseph Mulcahey, 72. White male, blue eyes, bald head. He was last seen wearing khaki shorts and a blue polo styled shirt at 9:00 PM, on February 21, 2023, in the 3100 block of Bay Area Blvd. According to family, Mr. Mulcahey suffers from Alzheimer’s.
