Friendswood woman charged with Indecent Assault

An underage drinking party at a residence in the 500 block of Gleneagles turned out to be more than just parents furnishing alcohol to minors. Police were initially called to the residence for a sexual assault on December 2, 2023.

Stacey Leigh Bouck, 36, of Friendswood, is charged with Indecent Assault.  She is accused of inappropriately touching a 17-year-old female who was visiting her residence during a December 2nd parade afterparty.

Bouck was arrested on January 18th and was released on bail from the Galveston County jail after posting a $2,500 bond.

Missing Friendswood man returned home

A local man reported missing by family members has returned home.  Matthew Tomko, 44, who was reported missing by his brother, returned home after a week-long family hiatus. Tomko was reported missing on January 18th and had not been seen by family members since January 15th. Investigators used many resources, including social media as a valuable source of information in the police investigation to learn about the missing person’s whereabouts. Tomko ignored attempts by family, friends, and police to contact him and check his welfare. This type of activity strains police resources since it was believed that Tomko may be in distress.
