Scam Alert

The Friendswood Police Department has received several reports of scammers calling residents and posing as a Sergeant with the Friendswood Police Department. The scammer is telling victims that they are wanted for a warrant and need to pay their fines.

If you receive a call from anyone claiming to be with the department and asking for money, hang up and call our non-emergency line at 281-996-3300 directly. Friendswood Police personnel will never call and ask for payments.
