Friendswood July 4th Celebration

Get ready for a day full of Stars, Stripes, and Country Life—our 130th Annual Friendswood Fourth of July Celebration is just around the corner, and it’s packed with small-town charm and big-time fun! Here's what's in store...

Morning Parade

Time: 10:00 AM
Location: South Friendswood Drive (FM 518)

Grand Marshal: Butch Wilmore
 Kick off the day with one of Friendswood’s favorite traditions! The parade will feature decorated floats, bikes, cars, horses, and tons of hometown pride!

Day Program at Stevenson Park

Time: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Wristbands: $15 per person (2 and under are FREE) 
 Enjoy inflatables, games, craft vendors, food vendors, and family-friendly activities, all in Stevenson Park. 

*Skip the lines and get ready for the fun--Wristbands are available for pre-sale at Friendswood City Hall for $10!

Evening Concert & Fireworks at Centennial Park

Time: Concert begins at 7:00 PM | Fireworks begin around 9:10 PM
 Join us at Centennial Park for a high-energy concert by the Texas Unlimited Band, followed by a spectacular fireworks show lighting up the Friendswood sky.

Please Note:

  • There is no public parking at Centennial Park.
  • FREE shuttle service will be available at:
    • Friendswood High School (702 Greenbriar Dr.)
    • Friendswood Methodist Church (110 N. Friendswood Dr.)
    • Handicap and Special Needs shuttle services ONLY at Mary Queen Catholic Church (606 Cedarwood Dr.)
