Deposit or Bond 
The City requires a deposit or bond for payment for the preparation of copies of public information if the estimated charges to provide said copies are of $100.00 or more and/or if the requestor owes the City an unpaid amount of $100.00 or more for previous requests that the requestor has made under the TX PIA.
