The City of Friendswood is asking qualified firms to prepare Competitive Sealed Proposals for the Blackhawk Boulevard Reconstruction Phase II – Repackage C. The Project includes: The replacement of a four-lane curb-and-gutter concrete roadway along Blackhawk Boulevard from FM 2351 to approximately 500 feet south of Pennystone Way and Thursa Lane to FM 528. This includes pavement, drainage (24” – 42” RCP and 5’x3’ RCB), and 12” PVC water line at locations that is not PVC. This project also includes installation of 24” transmission water main from FM 2351 to Edenvale Street.
