Election Information

The City of Friendswood shall hold joint elections with Harris County and Galveston County on May 2024 (TBD), from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. in order for residents to vote in a General Election for the purpose of electing Mayor, Councilmembers Position Nos. One (1) and Three (3).

The City of Friendswood is located in two counties Harris County and Galveston County.  A resident must vote in the county in which they reside.  Polling dates and times may differ by county, and polling locations are subject to change right up to Election Day.  For more information please visit the City's polling location information webpage.
